Stop eating sugar! I have lived with AS for 20 years. Keeping my stress levels as low as possible and cutting sugar intake has drastically lowered my inflammation, with minimal need for drugs.

He has another form....is not spondylitis....!! He has not axiale spondylitis...!! He has celiac desease în this form food is essential... and is not affecting the spine...with fusion....is other form....not spondylitis ankylosis.....!! I a " peripheric form of spondylartritis...which is not the same with spondylitis ankilosant....whether is misunderstood or ....after 50 years of spondylitis i now the difference....!!
He has his merits but he has no spondylitis with spine fusion!! Is other form!!
Stop! You are not a doctor! You don't know him! If that's what he and his doc days he has and the treatment for AS is working for him then that is what he has. Nobody needa or wanta your armchair opinions or expertise you think you have!
12:11 Well Dan that kind of spirituality is faithlessness. Real spirituality is unwavering NOT going whichever way the wind blows. The world is shaping you and it's the opposite of spirituality. It is the opposite of faithfulness. Without faith we cannot please God.
